I have to give so much credit to food blogger Skinny Taste. That woman knows how to make recipes that aren't fatty but still taste great. I had some ground meat and canned mushrooms so I decided to make her version of Skinny Salisbury Steak with Mushroom Gravy. Please visit her site for prettier pictures. I will get a better camera someday.

Return patties to the skillet with the mushrooms.

In a small bowl, blend flour and remaining broth until smooth. Mix in remaining onions, tomato paste, vinegar, water, worcestershire sauce and mustard powder.

Pour over meat and mushrooms in skillet.

Cover and cook on low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve and enjoy!!
