A drink that Niel's aunts make for Christmas is Coquito. It is basically Puerto Rican Eggnog but much much yummier. To me anyway. I'm not a fan of Eggnog but I love Coquito. You may ask how can you love Coquito when you don't like Eggnog? And I would have to say it just tastes better to me. The little bit of alcohol with the cinnamon and definitely the coconut. Mmmmmmm. I love coconut. This site's recipe is similar to the "aunts" recipe.
