Retraction: I have gone back to Lake George as an adult as Niel pointed out to me. Boy do I feel silly. I blocked out the experience because I had to leave my cat with a then friend who couldn't take good care of Elmo. Thankfully Niel took Elmo in for the rest of the time and although he thought one of her nails was torn out it worked out much better. Plus I was away from Niel for I believe the first time for a long period and that drove me nuts.
Now that my memory has been jogged(I should eat more fish..even if that article said fish was now bad to consume also)Price Chopper did not look ghetto as an adult either.
