Tilapia And Red Cabbage Soft Tacos
This is a simple recipe I made up myself. I had left over red cabbage so I seasoned some Tilapia I had in defrosted with paprika, salt, pepper and sauted in olive oil and combined both ingredients in a tortilla. It was really delicious and healthy.

YUM. Now I want this for dinner. ;) We frequently use the tortilla crusted tilapia they sell at Costco (there's a version at Target too) for this. It's got a little kick and a fried, yet not fried feel. mmmm
