Nine times out of ten any time I eat at a diner I end up ordering the Gyro platter.

I love lamb. And the combo with potatoes always hits the spot. So I knew that was what I would make for my submission for this month's Weekend Cookbook Challenge, created by Sara and hosted this month by me!

I used Alton Brown's recipe because without fail Alton knows food.

Scott loves Gyro! This actually sounds not to difficult. I might try this, although I'll have to use another meat. Thanks for sharing with us for WCC, and thanks for hosting.
