The recipe I used for those gigantic biscuits is here. Those I did make from scratch. They are called biscuit muffins and oh my were they ever. A bit crunchy on the outside like a muffin but moist on the inside. I used big muffin tins and got four of them. Just the perfect amount for the sausage gravy.
