I finally tried Ina Garten's pancake/waffle mix that I got from Stephanie in April. Oh my goodness the pancakes were so delicious. They were so light and flavorful. Like eating cake. Flat tasty cakes. And the maple flavored bacon (which thank goodness we are threw with) tasted pretty good with the pancakes. Thanks again Steph!

I've seen her other mixes but haven't tried them. I might have to do that. I am terrible at pancakes-they always come out too heavy.
Hmmm... sounds good. They were selling her stuff all over Napa. But I've seen it at Crate & Barrel too.
