I realized Niel's beer quest last year rubbed off on me. I know I have used alcohol in cooking before but not so much beer. I realized two dishes I made had beer in them. Rarebit and beer bread. We had also tried Cheddar beer kettle chips which were good. And now I wish I could find Cabot's beer flavored cheddar cheese. I had trouble finding it in stores. I think I may have to order it. But you don't have to twist my arm for me to try cheese.

Look for a Wegmans or Harris Teeter (sp?). They have ever cheese under the sun.

Beer + Cheese = YUMMY. Beer bread is insanely good. And we heard that loads of people like beer in their Chili, so we gave that a go. Not sure it made any difference, but oh well! :) Whole Foods has an excellent selection of cheeses as well ... mmmm.... Have you ever had brie (baked) with Fig sauce? OMG. So good.

I just thought about Raod Tested with Paula Deen's sons. They went to a cheese place and had different ones. I bet it's on the food network site. I remember they had a chicken soup cheese.
