Niel and I frequently enjoy salad with our dinner. It is the same salad always: red leaf lettuce, tomatoes, cucmber, and feta cheese lightly flavored with home made salad dressing. But I wanted to make salad the main course. So last week we did just that by enjoying Tabouli, pasta salad, bean salad, egg salad, tuna salad, taco/steak salad, and Cobb salad for dinner. Light and perfect for Summer.

I seem to have a problem with salad. I love salad when anyone but me makes it. Whenever I make it, it is bland and unappealing. Whenever someone else makes it, it is exciting and yummy. Meh. I make really good mixed stir-fry veggies.

I'm sure your salads are fine! What kind of salads and stir fry do you make? We always have the same salad as a side dish. A Gree one but I thought it would be nice to try different kinds of salads and make it a main meal.

I'm like Jesser. Whenever I make them for myself they are not good. They don't taste right. Your salad looks very yummy!
