I love bread. All types of bread. I think each one serves its purposed nicely. I prefer European Whole Wheat(more flavorful less sugar), and multigrain bread when making sandwiches. I enjoy white sliced bread when making toads in a hole. I like flat bread when making paninins. I like pita or lavash when eating Mediterranean food. I love Challah with eggs and cheese or French toast. There are so many varieties of bread out there its incredible. The other day I found a sunflower loaf with flax seed. I really liked its nutty flavor and an added bonus is, its pretty healthy.
