I love bread. All types of bread. I think each one serves its purposed nicely. I prefer European Whole Wheat(more flavorful less sugar), and multigrain bread when making sandwiches. I enjoy white sliced bread when making toads in a hole. I like flat bread when making paninins. I like pita or lavash when eating Mediterranean food. I love Challah with eggs and cheese or French toast. There are so many varieties of bread out there its incredible. The other day I found a sunflower loaf with flax seed. I really liked its nutty flavor and an added bonus is, its pretty healthy.

Bread is great! I have started to buy bread with no suger or artificial swetness in it. And it taste very good. Otherwise it is full with suger and thats not the healthiest you can eat.And we eat a lot of bread...

Hi Mia. Thanks for stopping by. Your English is so not terrible. Yes home made bread is much better less sugar and you can experiment with different flours and seeds.
