Our supermarket recently had a sale for Barilla Tortellini. They came in cute little blue bags. We purchased a few different fillings. Garlic and cheese, three cheese, and porcini. All cooked very well and were tasty. Great as a side dish or a meal on its own.

We've made the Barilla tortellini too. It was good, but we liked the fresh, refrigerated ones better. They seemed to be a little tastier and have more filling to them then the dried ones.

I agree. The fresh ones are better. The fresh fresh ones that is. The ones you make from scratch yourself. I think they should be in three different categories. The dry ones at the store, the fridgerated ones and the ones you make from scratch and eat it that day. I've made ones from scratch only twice but so worth it.
