Sometimes there is nothing that hits the spot better then surf and turf.

Music Stuck In My Head is from Conga dancing. I have no idea why. LOL.

I *love* surf & turf. Rodrigo is allergic to shrimp, though and so I rarely have it. He loves shrimp but his throat closes up when he has even a little bit. What a bad thing to be allergic to, huh?

mmmmm....surf & turf!

Speaking of surf....I made the haddock last night and it came out PERFECT! Crunchy on the outside and flaky on the inside! I chopped up some fresh herbs from the garden, threw those, salt, pep & parmesan cheese into the cormeal. I'll probably never go back to italian bread crumbs again! HA!

Thanks for the tips Ani!

Have you received SPRING FLING yet? I'm starting to get worried!

Hi Yvett. Sorry to hear Rodrigo is allergic to shrimp. That does suck. Yeah what a thing to be allergic of.

Glad the fish recipe worked out well. A lot lighter no? I haven't recieved Spring Fling yet but things are a bit busy in London so I understand. Besides I have to send out Believe myself. I hope this week.

Yummy! I just made a cold shrimp salad the other night. I plan to post it on my blog in the next day or so. It is great to take to picnics or gatherings.

I'll have to check that out MM. I'm always looking to try different recipes, especially Seafood! Have a good weekend.

I could eat Niel's toes if I were allowed.

Thanks TLW. I like your site too:)
