Ewww almost got food poisoning on Wednesday during lunch. I normally brown bag but I did not cook Tuesday night since Niel was out. So brought my lunch from a Thai place across the street from my office. I have been there twice before and never gotten sick. I opened up the bag and the smell was disgusting. Like spoiled meat. I threw it out and called the health department.

Tuesday evening I occupied myself by cleaning the fridge, knitting, and writing an article. I think I am going to stick to travel articles. They are a good fit for me. I don't know enough about fashion and although I do enjoy music and movies there are not too many online magazines who want articles about those subjects. Music I only took one class in college years ago and I don't feel comfortable enough giving my opinion on it. But travel is good because I have visited the places I write about and if I need research on statistics I can always look things up.

A shocking factoid about the Olympics I read about. Shudder.

A cute way that Google is recognizing the Olympics is with all the cute drawings they have had up. Check out today's.

I heard something interesting about the Oceans 12 movie. George Clooney has a shaved head and gained 50 pounds for the movie. Sorry to hear about your Thai food experience. Tai food never agrees me with. It turns my insides upside down. :-(

Really shaved head and 50 lbs?

Thanks. You should stay away from Thai food if you keep getting that reaction. That sucks. This is the first time its happend. I was dissapointed.

Did the health department do anything about it? Take a sample of the food to test it?

I'm glad I'm not the only one who checks Google daily for the fun little graphics :)
