I was snacking on peanuts and raisins one day when I noticed that the peanut I was about to eat had a butt on it. So instead of eating it I decided to take a picture of it. I also think Garbanzo beans also have butts on them.

Peanut butt Posted by Hello

My friend Isabelle is going to have a bday bbq this weekend. I am looking forward to attending. She was telling me she was a bit miffed that not everyone responded. I can understand how she would be a bit annoyed those type of things bug me too. I think the little things are just as important as the big things.

I have had to let go of many things and to forgive over and over again. I think it is healthier. What is the point of holding onto this anger. The pias seem to forget that understanding is the only way. It sure is difficult though.

I finished reading The Disapparation of James. I would have finished sooner but had a knitting disaster and forgot the book one day. I usually read during my commute.

I am so excited! Niel and I are going to see No Doubt tonight!!! Weeeeeeeeeee!

I can totally relate to your friend getting a little annoyed with people not responding. I think it's only courtesy to let people know either way if you are attending or not. Like for my wedding I found it very annoying having to make calls to get a confirmation. I'm sure your friend is only trying to figure out things such as how much food she should have. But I think you're right Ani, sometimes you just have to let things go...much better for you : )

Took the words out of my mouth better! The two posts weren't about one another but I can see how putting them close together could make one think they are. It makes sense.

I too hate it when people don't respond in time for a party or other event. I have a friend that's having a birthday bash this weekend, but I can't make it due to Aaron's Mom coming into town. Ah well. Cool Ani, No Doubt! Have a great time at the concert!

Curly - It's ok. It's understandable why it would be confusing. I shouldn't have put them one after another.

Michele- Thanks! Have a fab weekend.

I totally agree about garbanzo/chickpea anatomy :) I think that's why I never ate them much when I was a little kid ...

Megan - Nope never heard of that reference to Garbanzo beans.

Laura- Hah! Too Funny!

1) Peanuts also have a rabbit face inside them on one side, if you split them carefully.
2) I hate people who don't RSVP. My husband's brother did not RSVP to our WEDDING and then arrived in Buffalo with no money, no rental car and no hotel room. Loser.
3) People in Buffalo use the term 'ChiChi beans' for chickpeas/garbanzos. They also call soda 'pop'.

1)Really Rabbit faces?
2)Don't get me started.
3)Really Chichi's. I had heard the term pop for Soda and didn't realize it was used in New York state. I like learning cool little factoid's. Thanks to you and Megan for the Chichi Term.
