Well I finally found and made some this weekend. I just followed the instructions on the packet. I used strawberries. Freezer jam is very fresh tasting. Not really jammy but still good. Of course I gave some to our mom's.

I've been wanting to make freezer jam for a while now. Actually jam in general. But until I become brave enough to can I have freezer jam. I was just waiting to find pectin and some Ball's freezer plastic containers.
Well I finally found and made some this weekend. I just followed the instructions on the packet. I used strawberries. Freezer jam is very fresh tasting. Not really jammy but still good. Of course I gave some to our mom's.
