I just read on Baking bites, formerly named Baking Sheet, that Baking Soda is going to be available in limited supplies. This is because Baking Soda is an ingredient in crack/cocaine. So if you are in the restaurant or baking business apparently you can't buy large quantities at once. My friend Elaine joked saying there will be a black market for Baking Soda. LOL.
