I tried Sara's recipe for Jello in an orange peel. Though I didn't do a good job of cleaning out all the orange from the peel. And omitted the vodka. It was still very tasty!
I've seen this on Martha before, I think. They did it with different colored jello - esp. green - and I bookmarked it because I thought it was so cute.
