Although I have heard about it some time ago I only tasted it a few months ago when a chef friend had prepared red Quinoa in a Tabbouleh salad. It was quite delicious.
I only recently tried to recreate the recipe now but with white. I couldn't find the red. It really smells during cooking but was very tasty in the salad.
Then I saw Quinoa mentioned in a Archer Farms friend's post as well as Archer FarmsNot Martha's.
