I love diner food. I would so love to be Guy Fieri and travel across the country and sample different meals for free. But alas I haven't been asked to do my own show.
The sweet Sara from I Like To Cook has OK'd my offer to host this month's Weekend Cook Book Challenge and my theme is Diner Food. You can choose any meal you like at a favorite diner or you had once and want to replicate. You can find recipes on the Diners, Drive Ins and Dives site also.
