I saw a post on Baking Bites that Sur La Table is selling a mini three tier oven rack that would save space in an oven. Just remove the top rack and put the mini rack on top of the bottom rack and there is so much extra room. Now the food can be served all at once and there one dish isn't colder than the rest. I think this is great for holidays, parties or large families.

Ooh, that's a fab idea. I love kitchen inovations. Luckily, I've got 2 ovens ... though it is just one of those regular looking ranges, they put a small oven up top and a bigger one below and no drawer for broiler pan, etc.
