article that states Sushi wasn't always thought of as such a popular food, even by the Japanese.

I just can't get over eatting raw meat... even if it is fish... hehehe... I like to make sure that it is dead lol...
It's not that we don't have sushi in Iowa, but it has to go a L-O-N-G ways to get here, and it just can't be as good then.
Plus I'm just scared to try it. *blushes*
I luvs me the sushi. Mmmmm mmm. Maybe I should go get some this weekend! Shannon, a lot of the rolls are cooked fish so not so weird. My fave is shrimp tempura roll. I like Cali rolls and Catepillar rolls too tho. ;)
