I have another noodle post for you. It's my submission for Presto Pasta Nights. I purchased a box of Spaetzle recently and man oh man was it very delicious. But I guess anything with such minimal ingredients is tasty. The basic ingredients are flour, egg and salt. After the Spaetzle was done boiling I added lots of butter and Parmesan for flavor. That is my favorite way to eat any kind of pasta. With lots of butter and Parmesan. The noodles were tender!

Aren't flour, eggs and salt the ingredients in almost pastas?

Panni is the brand of potato dumpling mix my mom uses. She has been having trouble finding it lately. The only place that seems to carry it is Karl Ehmer (SP?) and I think the Forest Pork store.

Often the best dishes are the simplest to prepare - and the most comforting to eat. I love it!

Thanks for sharing with Presto Pasta Nights.

Oh yum- any time we go to the German restaurant in town I make sure to get it. Little scared to try it at home!
