I think the first time I tasted Yuca or Cassava was at a birthday party. I found it much more flavorful than a potato. Which is suprising cause I love potatoes. Here is more info on Yuca and recipes.

Woa, is that yucca like the cactussy plant that grows EVERYWHERE here? Cuz if so I should go harvest some.

LOL. I hate Waffle House, but I don't think I've ever had their hashbrowns. We like to cook them into a cake and serve it in slices. SOOOO yummy that way.

In Singapore, we called it Tapoica ;) My family used to grow it when we were living in the village and as a kid, I loved harvest time :) Which kid didn't like to play with soil hehehe
