Remember during the Summer when I served salad as the main course for dinner? A few weeks ago I did that with sandwiches.

We enjoyed a tomato sandwich with lemony-feta spread (I didn't include the onion or vinegar), shredded pork, croque monsieur, grilled chicken with mozzarella and Cheddar sandwich, and Poh Boys. All tasty!

I gobbled down a few too fast so only three photos.
