Niel brought some new yogurt for me to try. It was really good. Then I noticed the name of the company was Danone. I wondered if it was a company Dannon yogurt purchased? Or Danone had purchased Dannon? Or was one copying the other? I couldn't make much sense of it from the website. Any Canadian bloggers know?

Dannon is Danone. It's a European company that anglicized its name upon entering the US market, but everywhere else it remains Danone.
