Foodie Chickie

Remember when I fell in love with Aerepas(corn pancakes) at last year's San Genero festival? Well I finally found them at a local supermarket. All I had to do was heat up the Aerepas add mozzarella, let it melt and I had a nice sandwich. The cheese and corn together was heavenly. I think an Aerepa sandwhich would also make a good appetizer if they were cut up in small triangle shapes.
