At my local grocery store I found a Swedish potato dish called Roschti The instructions were pretty simple, just open the package and brown the potatoes. It looked like hash browns. But it wasn't very flavorful. It probably would have been if it was fresh. Maybe their Potatoes Gratin will be tastier?

Usually I love berries and we ate it with pork and salad but that does sound good. I love Lingonberries. Mmmmm.
Have to try that one. I usually make it from scratch. But any help is good.
