Niel came home yesterday from work and surprised me with a copy of Rachael Ray Every Day. He knew I had been searching for it. The Barnes and Nobles I checked had sold out of it and I couldn't find one on news stands. The magazine is an on the spot reflection of Ms. Ray. It is coloful, peppy and has most of her 30 minute meal recipes. Plus she has a staff to come up with new recipes. The features are relatively short and have stories about some of her favorite Manhattan spots, a description of some of her expressions: "Delish!", as well as an advertisement for her a T-shirt that has another one of her sayings "Yummo". For fans of Rachael Ray the magazine is neat to peruse.
