One of our errands this weekend was to Target(of course). I heard on the blogs Target was selling candy shot glasses. I hoped they would be the same as the ones that Urban Outfitters was selling. But they weren't the candy cane shot glasses. They were grape champagne glasses. I like grape but they weren't nearly as cute. So I didn't purchase them. I did purchase the following items to "help" me with my holiday baking. Christmas tree shaped pancake mold, tiny tart cups, cookie bags, boxes and measuring cups and spoons. Darn Target and its hold over me!!!

Pardon my ignorance, but what does one do with a candy shot glass? Is it a regular glass shotglass with candy logos? Or is it a shot glass made of candy?

It's a shot glass made of candy. It makes the shot of alcohol usually vodka or tequila sweeter.

Yeah Urban Outfitters is selling them Amanda. And they sell them online. But both are pricey. There is a recipe out there floating around to make them yourself. But I thought I read Target had the pepermint shot glasses in their dollar bins. But no Target only had the grape champagne glasses. Pooh. Glad you finally recevied your Halloween package! Sorry the first one did not arrive. Some postal person got lucky!

Hi Enid! Last night's RAW was soo sad! I didn't even know the guy in person but seeing him on tv once a week for years I couldn't help feel so sad. He died so young. He was a surprise baby and the youngest of his legendary family. His family only had him for 37 years. His poor wife and children too. Seeing the wrestlers crying I just couldn't take it. Those big guys weeping made me cry too. Plus the song they used which is what is stuck in my head today. Oh it was too much. There will be another tribute on Smackdown too. They taped both shows on the same night because they are in Europe this week. I am glad you received the package:) Hope you have a kick ass birthday!!!!

Wouldn't the shotglass get all sticky? Or do you eat the shotglass after you do the shot? I don't really do shots, so Im kind of curious.

We hit Target on Sunday. I saw those grape champagne glasses. I bought a couple of goodies from the $ bin too. I've bought one Christmas gift so far-Geesh-I need to hurry up!

Hmm good question Mike. I think the glasses wouldn't get sticky on the outside. Not much anyway. I think a person does a few shots and then can eat it.

It's ok Jessica. You've got time:)

I would think you take one shot and then quicky eat the cup, so you don't waste a sigle drop of alcohol.

The Eddie thing was very sad. Espeically when Kirwin White spoke.

Jess Target does rule. I swear I am good about buying things. I didn't need the pancake mold, or the meauring cup and spoons I just wanted them.

Niel, LOL on the peppermint shot cups. Yes it was a very sad show. Kind of nice to see the wrestlers as themselves and not their characters.

Yeah, Target 'had' the candy cane shot glasses, but they didn't last long. Had I known, I would have bought more than one. Oh well.

I found about it from your site. I wish I knew beforehand too:)
