After reading the following food site . I recalled when I went food shopping a few towns from us for some Asian ingredients because I was making spring rolls for the holidays. I don’t know what possessed me because I am usually a stick by the recipe type of cook but I thought that tofu and chili-garlic sauce would be a good combination. I am sure this dish has been done before but I was surprised that I had thought of to buy it and at how good it tasted. Of course it was very hot and Niel hates Tofu but he humored me and tried it. He didn't enjoy it. I would recommend it to those of you that like Tofu and chili-garlic sauce.
