I recently tried Trader Joe's whitefish veracruz for a midweek meal. It was a delicious meal that I served for dinner with side of sautéed garlicky spinach. There could have been a bit more marinade as whitefish tends to have a strong flavor, at least to me. But otherwise a very easy and healthy meal.
