I got my hands on chocolate covered Gummy Bears. I had no idea that they existed. But hey why not. Pretty good!

I finally got to try the Dunkin Donuts waffle breakfast sandwich and it was fantastic! Seriously.

The waffle was soft yet chewy and oh so flavorful. I think it had vanilla in it. And what can be wrong about bacon, egg and cheese.

Go try it. It's really good. I swear.

Happy Fat Tuesday everyone. And what does one do today. Well eat pancakes of course. To commemorate this day IHOP is offering free short-stake (3) buttermilk pancakes. In return, they are asking you to make a donation to a charity
helping children.

An interesting article on how to update your pantry every season.

I tried Trader Joe's Lobster Ravioli and it did not disappoint. Actually I can't think of any occasion they have disappointed me. I had brought it frozen for work(there weren't any left overs from last night's dinner) with a Ziploc bag of Parmesan and some butter. I keep a small Pyrex container in my desk. I boiled the ravioli in the microwave. Drained the water after it was done. Added the couple of pats of butter and reheated it till the butter melted. Sprinkled the Parmesan on top. OMG it was heavenly. The instructions said to boil. So I thought I should follow that instead of just nuking it. I am glad I did.

I agree with all of the points in this Chow article. Especially the greens. I know it is easier if you are trying to put together a meal fast ala Rachael Ray and Sandra Lee. But it is cheaper buying greens that are not in a bag. Plus I heard those things are not washed as well.

And it is so much easier, cheaper and tastier to make your own hummus and pesto. I promise!

I like the new design for the Tropicana juice containers. Mostly because the new spout covering looks like an orange. Heh heh.
