I love, love biscuits and gravy. And ever since enjoying my first taste four years ago I was on a quest to find an easy yet tasty recipe. And I did when I came across one on Pioneer Woman's site. Try it. You won't be disappointed.

I got this fabulous recipe from Confabulation's site. The meal was quick and very flavorful. Perfect when you are ravenous coming home and want something now. Hey everyone has ground beef or turkey in the freezer. And some pasta in the pantry right?

I tried Sara's recipe for Jello in an orange peel. Though I didn't do a good job of cleaning out all the orange from the peel. And omitted the vodka. It was still very tasty!

I haven't been to a fondue place since I don't know high school. I've been out of high school for some time. So I was all up for some melted cheese(my fave) when the hubby suggested we go to Simply Fondue for my birthday. It opened at a local mall. I kind of was expecting just a regular restaurant with a fondue station at each table. Sort of your own individual hibachi. Well I was sure wrong. Simply Fondue is like The Matrix meets melted cheese.
Wooden thick tables, dark lighting, rave type music playing, your own booths with private curtains, and strange metallic hands in the bathroom to hold your toilet paper. But the server was quiet nice and the food heavenly. We were stuffed! Great for a romantic date, out with buds but not for families. Heh.

I saw a post on Serious Eats that stopped me in my tracks. The Stuffalo. Pretty much a stuffed crust pizza. I used the suggested boneless Buffalo wings. Tasty.
